   @scharoslan, your subscription is pending. You have to confirm your email address to receive the email with the download links. Do a search in gmail for Hendrickson and you’ll find it.

   You have to sign up to the newsletter and the links are then sent out. If you signed up please check your spam folder. Search gmail for Hendrickson and you should find it.
